Ordering From Us
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
Delivery
- UK: FREE delivery, 2-7 working days.
- Europe: £4 for 1-2 items. £6 for 3 or more items. 4-7 working days.
- USA and Canada: £7 for 1-2 items. £10 for 3 or more items. 7-14 working days.
- Rest of World: £10 for 1-2 items. £15 for 3 of more items. 7-20 working days.
Please note, all non-EU customers are responsible for paying all customs and import duty charges.
We do not dispatch goods on weekends or bank holidays.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
If you wish to cancel your order:
- you can notify us by email to info@disturbiaclothing.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
- where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in unworn, unused condition, within 14 days of receipt for a full exchange or refund. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. When returning an item include your full name, address, and the transaction number, located on the packing slip.
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange as required.
